For the first time, Porsche has added electric options to the Macan SUV lineup, with sharp handling, a practical interior, and powerful performance to make the 2025 Porsche Macan EV stand out from its competitors.

Check out the differences between its four trim levels to see which is your best fit.

Understanding the Trim Levels of the 2025 Porsche Macan EV: Customize Your Electric Drive

1. Macan Electric

The base Macan EV features a single 335-horsepower motor to power the standard rear-wheel drive, which increases up to 355 hp when launch control is activated. Launch control also helps the motor produce up to 415 pound-feet of torque, and offers acceleration from zero to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds. The 95.0 kWh Performance Battery offers up to 315 miles of range, so you can drive all day without stopping to power up, and can fully recharge overnight.

The base Macan EV, Macan 4 EV, and Macan 4S EV all feature 19 cubic feet of cargo capacity, which expands to 47.6 cubes with the rear seats folded. All models also come with 3.0 cubic feet of extra storage space in the front luggage compartment.

2. Macan 4 Electric

The Macan 4 EV adds all-wheel drive and a second motor to the front axle for a combined 382 hp that increases to 402 hp with launch control. The additional motor shaves half a second off the acceleration time, reaching 60 mph in 4.9 seconds, and offers a maximum 479 lb-ft of torque. The driving range dips slightly to 308 miles, still plenty for your daily commutes and then some.

3. Macan 4S Electric

The Macan 4S EV also includes dual motor all-wheel drive but boasts even more power, making 442 hp and 509 hp when launch control is activated, and an impressive 604 lb-ft of torque. This configuration gets you to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds, a whole second less than the Macan 4 EV. The range reduces to 288 miles for both top trims, but all models can recharge from 10 to 80 percent in 33 minutes with 150kW DC charging.

4. Macan Turbo Electric

The top Macan Turbo EV model boasts ultimate power, with motors producing 576 hp and up to 630 hp with launch control. Enjoy an incredible acceleration time of 3.1 seconds, and up to a massive 833 lb-ft of torque. This configuration offers a top track speed of 162 mph with summer tires, compared to 149 mph for the 4S, and 137 mph for the two lower trims.

With these powerful options to choose from, there’s something in the all-new Macan EV lineup for every luxury performance SUV enthusiast. When you’re ready to design your own, contact Porsche Warwick in Warwick, RI to schedule a consultation.
