Understanding Porsche’s Warranty Coverage: What’s Included
A comprehensive warranty covers your new Porsche. This warranty protects you against the very unlikely event of any issue with the materials or labor used in its manufacture.

As your Porsche Center, we want to tell you more about the 2025 Porsche warranty coverage you enjoy.
Understanding What’s Included in the 2025 Porsche Warranty Coverage
New Car Limited Warranty
This is the main warranty that protects your vehicle. It covers all systems and components except those covered in other warranties below and components specifically excluded from coverage as detailed in the warranty booklet. If a warranty-related issue is identified, it will be repaired by Porsche-trained technicians at any Porsche Center at no charge.
Coverage applies for the first four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty also applies if your Porsche is exported, but repairs could be delayed depending on the availability of Porsche replacement parts in other countries. Some components have a reduced coverage duration, which we’ll look at below.
Adjustments
Adjustments are any corrections that don’t require replacement parts. These include adjusting the fuel-air mixture, brakes, clutch, or idle speed. They are provided at no charge during the first three months. After the first three months, they will be performed for free if required as part of a warranty-related issue.
Wheel Balancing and Alignment
These services are free during the first three months, and after this period, at no cost if they are part of a warranty-related repair.
AC Refrigerant Recharge
The refrigerant can be replaced during the first three months at no cost. It will also be replaced at no charge after this period if required during a repair covered by warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Certain types of damage are excluded from coverage and are explained in detail in the warranty handbook. Examples of situations not covered include the use of non-Porsche-approved replacement parts, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, and damage to the odometer so the vehicle’s correct mileage can’t be determined.
Your vehicle uses high-performance tires to enhance Porsche’s legendary handling and cornering abilities. As a result, these tires may develop increased wear and tear compared to regular tires. Tire wear and tear are not covered unless the damage is due to an issue covered by the warranty.
Corrosion Perforation Limited Warranty
Perforation is corrosion that forms a hole through metal from one side to the other. The body panels on your Porsche are protected against this type of damage by highly specialized coatings applied to the metal during construction. If perforation damage occurs, the affected body or sheet metal will be replaced at no cost. This coverage applies for twelve years and unlimited mileage.
